Empire HomePath LLC ("Empire HomePath," "we," "us," or "our") operates the homebuyer search tool available at buyers.empirehomepath.com (the "Service"). This Disclaimer applies specifically to the Service and is distinct from the terms governing Empire HomePath's separate agent- and broker-facing platform at empirehomepath.com. We provide information about homebuyer assistance programs for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on this site, in your search results, or in any PDF report generated through the Service constitutes legal, financial, tax, or mortgage advice. You should consult a licensed attorney, financial advisor, mortgage professional, or tax professional regarding your specific situation before making any decisions about a home purchase or assistance program application.
Assistance program information is compiled from government, municipal, county, nonprofit, and other third-party sources and is subject to change without notice, including funding availability, income limits, price caps, and eligibility criteria. While we take reasonable steps to verify program data at the time of publication, we do not guarantee that any program listed is currently active, funded, or that you will qualify for it. Final eligibility, terms, and approval are determined solely by the administering agency or lender, not by Empire HomePath. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
